Wow, this set off two related but different artistic memory paths for me, along with being just a fantastic composition by itelf - expression is serene, and the background material actually feels like those are REALLY BIG TOMES she's handling. First - is now my official image of how Sheska from Full Metal Alchemist would like if realistically rendered, and second, total spot-on doppelganger of the print handler/printer wizard of a small newspaper I worked for late 90s, early 2ks. Made me do a total double take.
