Random cartoony pin-up

SDXL 1.0
The random stuff isn't really working. Something I've noticed is that if you ask for a random ethnicity, for example, you will get somebody not-white. Honestly, just asking for a "person" and leaving it at that seems to be more random most of the time.
I also don't think I ever got a male character when asking for a random gender.
