DreamShaper v82x
This was the last transmission Operation Lightning Rod's mission control received from their weapons testing range before Kali Neelam ["Black Sapphire"] escaped military custody.
Fortunately, nobody was seriously, or permanently, injured. Unfortunately (for some) Kali Neelam had figured out how to generate an EMP (electromagnetic pulse). Since she triggered one during a thunderstorm, the resulting damage to local electronics was truly impressive!
Since had she also figured out how to fly much faster than anyone had anticipated, she soon left the military's initial search area.
