I put the NSFW tag on this one voluntarily as I thought I'd gone 'over the top' with the level of horror - but regret it now as I can't find a current NSFW-accepting horror challenge I can submit it to. I have submitted one of my best Heralds of Slaanesh to such a challenge in the past and did quite well!
