"Zed Heads" is an uber-munchkin storyline set in and around Dump Town.

Imagine a superhero saga set on an alternate Earth named Dirt. Most humans on Dirt are pygmy sized: about 2/3 as tall as they'd be on Earth. Now add superpowers and some weird science.

Dump Town is an abandoned city where some superhuman children have been "relocated for their protection." No money. No schools. No parents.
