Juliana is the commander of all the military forces in the Silvercloak Vale. She is adevout follower of the Red Knight and is a master of combat tactics and strategy. She received a formal education and has put it to great use. It took her a while to prove how good she was, but after winning some masterful victories against the Sands of Oblivon with her smaller force against larger forces she was promoted to the Master Strategist.
