Thanks!  There's no cyberpunk preset, but it came out that way nonetheless.

Actually, there is, it's 3rd from last way down there, at least in stable1.5 (free per 1 image) on my PC, and I've tried a few things with it but not gotten much...it's " cyberpunk 2099 blade runner 2049 neon"; your own prompt seems like it worked out better. You could try that preset on same seed as an experiment, to see if it's same evocative feel.
