Hold Very Still

William Brian Foxx the second in command of The Last Hope. He grew up in a lower middle class home in the Urban District of Evergreen.

He has a troubled mind one that his parents used drugs and other treatments to try and fix but it never truly worked, he eventually found the only friend he has ever had in Marcus Jones.

He briefly worked as a mortician before reconnecting with Marcus in their late twenties, the two of them eventually created The Last Hope. Marcus’s plan and the nature of their “group” gave William structure and an outlet to unleash his “true self”.

Over twenty people have lost their lives to his hands, an outcome that he uses his “purpose” to justify. The only person he respects is Marcus, and he is the only on that William will listen to or follow.
