TARDIS mosaic #2

Trying to recreate some of the colourful, vivid mosaics, frescoes and murals of ancient Greece and the Roman empire. Nowadays, we might be lucky to spot some faded remains of the splendid colours they used to paint their temples and villas in bright red, blue or yellow - and it's such a shame we can now only see those dull white stones. Oh, and yes, I know it's a TARDIS. Need to get the hang of creating real mosaics and frescoes where the central element is embedded in the wall or floor, not weirdly placed on top.
