Location: Floating in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean over the Gulf Stream. Concept: Another optimistic scenario to close us out. This city is run completely on hydropower extracted from the forces of the current flowing underneath it. A global center for music and the arts. It also has a prominent pescatarian cuisine scene.
