Originally TEXT ONLY created with SD 1.4 which was based on a text I copied from a prompt (which had a long litany attached by a template)  by @jbwillers1969  to see what it would do all by itself with an old SD model.

This only worked with the old SD model to give a interesting image. Subsequently I erased that prompt, and for the evolves wrote my own 'nonsense prompt'.

50% weight and 0% noise

Since then I evolved  several more times, and for this iteration I let Creative Upscale at 70% add additional nonsensical details.
