Tibberwin - Brovalt Alchemist Merchant

No one knows where Tibberwin came from, only that he smells faintly of mint and exploded gingerroot. A wandering potion-peddler with an infectious grin, Tibberwin brews concoctions that sparkle, burp, or grow legs and scamper away. His backpack clinks with flasks of glowing brews, and his heart is as big as his bug-eyed goggles. He’s more likely to heal a wounded foe than finish them off—unless they mess with his satchel. Then it’s boom-time.
