Riveter Rose, WWII superheroine

Riveter Rose was a superpowered female superhero during WWII who fought Nazi villains and super-powered menaces. She was one of few successful super soldiers to survive the government’s tests. After the war ended, she was disillusioned with American culture as working women were relegated back to housewife and secretary positions. She hung up her cape and retired until recently as a new threat has emerged that requires her experience and assistance.
