At the beach!

She had carefully planned wanted she wanted to wear, knowing any time at the beach would be brief. It wasn't the ocean, but the great lakes were a close alternative. And to her delight, it was a bit breezy when they arrived which meant waves, lots of waves. She rushed out to the edge of the surf, pausing a moment before wading in. She didn't bother with rolling up her jeans as there was no chance she wasn't going to be soaked in 5 minutes. As she played in the waves her friends called out asking if it was cold, then yelling she was crazy. "Do you have a change?" someone called out. "Nope!" was her reply. "How about a towel?" called another. A towel she thought, did she bring a towel? "Maybe?" she replied. No one understood what a delight it was to simply run into the surf in all your clothes, while others complain about wet jeans, she loved them. And she wasn't going to miss this opportunity to enjoy them. She shrugged off the others and kept playing in the waves, enjoying every minute
