I tried decoding the image but not exactly accurate.

The numbers -√2, 1/√2, 1 and those null symbols are all gotten from a value in special angles of Trigonometry. For example Sine and Cosine 45 is 1/√2 (when adding their digits you have 9). 

Sec 225 and cosec 225 is -√2 (2+2+5 is 9).

That √5 isn't determined yet. 

The star of David, there are 10 triangles in between then it divided 16 (Number of years between 1996 to 2012) to a value that cycles the triangles continually to infinity. 

I seen this picture on a post from tik tok.  This letter was found in an inmates cell who was a diagnosed schizophrenic by an employee at a prison. Check out the start image. It’s incredible. The post referenced whether or not we as a society are wrong in our thinking and labeling that particular mental illness. I’ve always felt this wag because I’ve lived it. There is profound knowledge and foresight that my best friend who is also schizophrenic seemed to have that we didn’t. Even stranger is the similarities of the ideologies and thought process that is almost identical in those diagnosed with it. I was serious if Running it through AI would produce anything more.
