Marcia; the everyday hero’s that walk amongst us…. 🏳️‍🌈

Heroes go about their work quietly, moment by moment, day after day, making their communities better by the accumulation of selfless deeds that improve the lives of others. A hero is not someone who simply excels at his or her job. It is someone who excels at a job they don’t have to do, serving meals to the homeless, being a compassionate caregiver or inspiring students or athletes to be more than they ever thought they could be. Heroes can be young; they can be old; they can be of any race, creed or religion. The one thing they have in common is this: We are better off that they are part of our lives and in our communities.
