Recruiting

Meeting Shanti for the first time I sit looking at her resume list. Observing a few jobs most short time but she explains it was whilst at uni. Waitressing, retail, kitchen work. But then the degree she has in business. Raising this I outline the basics of the role is customer service duties but I suspect her skills if she passes a trial period to help run the booking and events services. So I agree to some trial working as we fit out the rooms. But also to do some marketing work to get bookings.
