My Ex-companion was Bostonian and had the heavy accent that one would expect. When he first moved in, he kept asking me if I’d seen his “box of boxes”, there was a lot of confusion on my part. Things escalated until he was yelling over and over, “BOXES! My BOXES!”. Ends up, he was looking for his underwear… his boxer shorts. 🩳
