Break time by the fountain, part 2

As she sat on the edge, she still couldn't shake the thought of getting in the fountain. She needed an excuse to go in further. Her glasses! She took them off and set them on the edge of the fountain. She sat there for a moment, then casually knocked them off the edge into the fountain. Acting surprised, she looked around again, then spun around and stuck her feet in the water. She felt the cold water soaking into her boots, but now was committed to going in to retrieve her glasses. She slid off the edge, knowing the fountain was pretty deep, the water level being well above her knees. To find her glasses, she was going to have to dunk herself completely under to reach them. It was a good thing they were blue. She found them, then quickly made her move going under and grabbing them, then climbed back onto the edge. The water was freezing, yet she was delighted at how her clothes felt. She stood up on the edge and grinned mischievously. Her afternoon was going to quite interesting!
