Terrifying! 😱🔥 If extreme droughts and heat waves continue and get worse, this may become a reality for many places. I live in BC Canada and each year, we've had longer and worse fire seasons. This spring, we've recorded some of the lowest snow pack in the mountains and rainfall is far less than normal. Unless things change, we're predicted to have one of our worse fire seasons yet. About a month back, even the Guardian in the UK wrote about our situation.
