Nice idea and the mech, if it can be considered a mech, looks very interesting 

Its design strikes me less as a mech, more of a robot or some kind of drone. The difference being it has no human pilot inside it.

Just look at that green! Pops right out of the picture at ya, very happy with how this came out. He kinda looks like a high tech version of a magicians trick box prop which works very well for the concept.
