Jo Anne: Oh, Kelly, can't we do something else?
Kelly: Like what?
Jo Anne: I don't know. Anything. Something fun. Something exciting. Something that will make us feel alive.
Kelly: Well... there is one thing we could do.
Jo Anne: What?
Kelly: We could... confuse the cat.
Jo Anne: Confuse the cat?
Kelly: Yes. Confuse the cat. You know, make it think that it's not a cat anymore.
Jo Anne: How do we do that?
Kelly: Well... we could dress up as different animals and act like them.
Jo Anne: Like what?
Kelly: Like... like a cow. Or a duck. Or a penguin.
Jo Anne: A penguin?
Kelly: Yes. A penguin. Cats hate penguins.
Jo Anne: Do they?
Kelly: Yes. They do. Trust me.
Jo Anne: Well... okay then. Let's confuse the cat.
Kelly: All right then. Let's go and get our costumes.
[They get up and go to another room.]
[Cut to the cat. It is still lying on the floor, motionless.]
Cat: [voice-over] I'm not confused. I'm dead.
[Cut to the credits.]
