I've been playing Horizon Forbidden west, and I kind of get the feeling this is what Japan would be like in 2060, in that time-line. This could be an adaptation of the artwork Roger Dean used to do, with the modular spherical living quarters.
I do like the haze that has been added, it gives the whole scene a sense of realism.
As has been said, it's incredible how you manage to get the AI to make something that is interesting and plausible to look at, whilst being your usual style of discovery
