Silent Shuriken

Hunting Sound:

The Shuriken communicates through a faint, unsettling whistle or whirring sound, like the sharp slicing of air before the creature attacks.

Mechanic: As the creature closes in, the sound becomes louder and more distorted, indicating its proximity. If the sound becomes overwhelming, the player must hide or lock themselves in a room before it arrives.

Throwing Stars:

The Shuriken leaves deadly projectiles in its wake. These are not ordinary throwing stars but cursed relics, which appear briefly on the floor before they vanish. If the player walks over them, they take damage.

Mechanic: The player must avoid stepping on the throwing stars or risk injury. A quick flash of light can alert the player to their location, but it’s not always easy to spot them in time.

Teleportation:

The Silent Shuriken can vanish into the shadows and reappear elsewhere, either closer to the player or at an entirely different location in the museum. It can teleport in and out of the player’s line of sight with alarming precision.

Mechanic: When the Shuriken is about to teleport, its red eye will glow brightly for a brief moment, and the screen will distort, signaling its impending move. If the player doesn’t react quickly by closing doors or retreating to a safe room, they will be ambushed.

Shuriken's Mechanics:

Stealth Movement:

The Silent Shuriken moves through the museum silently, relying on shadows to remain unseen. It doesn’t make any footstep noises, and its presence is only detectable by the faint flicker of its mask and the sharp sound of its throwing stars hitting the ground.

Mechanic: The player must monitor specific cameras where the Shuriken is known to appear and track subtle visual cues (like the shadow moving across the room or the appearance of the shuriken on the floor). If the player fails to keep the creature under constant observation, it will teleport closer to the player’s location, triggering a terrifying jump-scare or even a fatal attack.
