F-8E Crusader, VF-17 Jolly Rogers, Deep Sea Blue livery

I know why the US Navy changed their aircraft color schemes in the mid-1950s, and it was a sensible decision. I miss those old Deep Sea Blue color schemes, though, so I made a few images of planes that never wore that color scheme in squadron markings of squadrons that never used the plane type. It's all just make-believe. No accuracy intended or slights to other aircraft. Everyone had their favorites.
