In the nearest boat there is a really tall and disproportionate height, and a person sitting on the edge in a weird way, but the people closer to the front are more defined. Only until a bit past the middle do they mush a bit, not like a blob but more like no properly definite shape, but the whole atmosphere and general idea of the image comes across. The buildings look good, only until the far distance do they morph into slight disfiguration, but all in all is a well shaped image. I enjoy the orange color contrasted by the little blue in the sky and the water, I see this as bringing focus in closer, even though there is more space for a whole picture. My eyes are being drawn to three places: the nearest boat, the lamps, and the sun. My eyes usually start at the nearest boat, then follows the direction it faces to the first lamp (well second lamp, but the first is a bit high to be considered the first in the line of lamps), my eyes then are lead along the line of lamps,
giving me a view of the length of the river, paths, and building block. Then after being drawn down the line, my eyes move to the sun that shines a pure yellow that glazes everything orange, plus as you look at the sun you also look at the buildings. This is art.
Although the lamps are off from each other, I think the image would be better if the lamps were in line, but still looks great.
