First band was Canadian, Elbow Grease one of those Dutch bands in 1969, and the Lovebirds were forerunners of the Schmenges (SCTV early 1980s). 

I wish I’d had the Elbow Grease poster for my room. It would have filled in the only remaining bit of white wall left. Plus, it looks fluorescent and I had a black light!
