Mechanics:
Explosive Boils: When it gets close, the Boilwalker will press its body against windows or doors, causing its boils to explode in a burst of corrosive fluid. This fluid temporarily weakens the RV’s defenses, requiring the player to reinforce or patch up windows during the day.
Poisonous Aura: The Boilwalker emits a toxic aura that leaks through cracks, making it dangerous for the player to be near doors or windows where it is lurking. Spending too long near its aura will cause vision blur and gradually drain the player’s stamina.
Light and Sound Resistance: Unlike other Popper variants, the Boilwalker is barely affected by flashes or loud noises. The only way to drive it off is by playing a high-pitched frequency (found as an upgrade) or using a crafted gas mask to safely stay near and ward it away with persistence.
