Ouch, ouch, ouch

Every step hurts for Jenni. And to make matters worse, some villain has moved the subway entrance nearest to her rented house since Friday, packed the train so full of people that she has to stand, and—for good measure—shifted Pop’s bodega further away from the subway station, while also moving Jenni’s workplace even further off. That really wasn’t very nice of them... In contrast, Giulia headed back to Staten Island that afternoon; instead of the usual Sunday family lunch, they celebrated one of her uncles' birthdays—an occasion where, according to Giulia, she even danced. Well, Jenni is having trouble even walking; instead of her characteristically elegant, refined gait—the very walk Benji so often admired—her movement now comes across as somewhat "RoboCop-like."
