You should definitely use a negative prompt to prevent deformations, etc. In this case, I’ve expanded the negative prompt to include:

deformed fingers, fused fingers, warped hands, broken limbs, unnatural pose, distorted anatomy, twisted torso, extra limbs, missing limbs, melted shapes, misaligned joints, unnatural shadows.
