This is Sindel after she died in Mortal Kombat 9 and ended up serving Kronika as a revenant in Mortal Kombat 11. She was eventually restored by Shang Tsung, but still remained evil due to Quan Chi's magic. This is an animated version of a previous creation from a year ago as of the day this was published.
