Inspired by this week's US elections, I'm trying to do peaceful pictures representing a variety of states (getting inspiration from prompt magic and occasionally Wikipedia). I'm not going to do all 50, but I want a good sample.
Okay, Washington, DC isn't one of the 50 states, but how could I leave it out? There's some weirdness with one of the flags, but at least this picture doesn't have three Washington Monuments and flags flapping in four directions. I'll take it.
