She's really difficult to create. I have found one creation that really looks like her, but when she was much older and not the way she was supposed to look as Christine Chapel. I don't know how well you know Majel Barrett. As long as she lived, she had played in every Star Trek series, but in different roles...

She was the first officer with long black hair in the first Enterprise pilot under Captain Pike, Christine Chapel in TOS, Lwaxana Troi on TNG and DS9 and the computer voice on TNG, DS9, Voyager, ST: Enterprise & the new cast movies and at some point married to Gene Roddenberry.
