I can totally see how this situation would occur though, I was always leaving wrapping and posting presents to the last possible day and panicking to catch the post office opening hours!
There's nothing like experienced successful procrastination to reinforce my natural task avoidance and task switching tendencies!
Now that they've closed the local post office I have given up sending gifts but fortunately the kids are pretty much adults now so it's also easier to just send cash! 🤣
