A Lonely Soul
In twilight's hush, a solitary sigh,
A heart adrift, beneath a cloudy sky.
A soul consumed by shadows deep and dark,
A silent plea, lost in the park.
The city lights, a distant, cold embrace,
A lonely figure, lost in space.
A tearful gaze, towards the moon above,
A longing heart, yearning for love.
In quiet moments, thoughts do creep,
Of cherished dreams, lost in sleep.
A heavy burden, hard to bear,
A soul in sorrow, beyond repair.
But hope's a flicker, a guiding light,
A beacon shining, through the night.
Though darkness lingers, a ray of grace,
May heal the wounds, and mend the face.
