do you find these gramatical punctuations make a difference?

A little, not much. It allows me to play around with tokenization differently than using commas and semicolons, etc. I've even made prompts (unpublished) that are nothing but "special symbols". It's pretty fascinating what you can turn out by changing or even not using punctuation.
