Not sure about this....this not some prejudicial remark so no need to go all woke on me. With that out of the way here is why looking at the image gives me pause. As it is realistic it shows a sort of tragic desperation and evokes sympathy and if that's what you were hoping for you achieved it. I guess as its not something any of us see everyday it stands out in a sea of the cutesy and the surreal.

in fact, I just got out of pneumonia and I'm leaving the hospital, that's just it... I don't want to shock anyone. (I have always suffered from lung problems, that's why it sometimes comes out in my publications) (sorry for my English, it's google trad's fault)
