Annika has worked for TRE television for a couple of years as a researcher. One day their top anchor Veronica Holden was on about to get ready for the evening news when she fell ill. The producers couldn't find anyone to cover then they spotted Anni, young, smart, articulate but best of all beautiful. 5 minutes in hair and makeup and slipped into the two piece suit Veronica was meant to wear. Then she was given an earpiece and microphone and briefed on the topics. She'd worked there a while now to know how the show goes..

As the intro rolled she smiled  and mused to herself, 

"Poor Veronica, whoever put that horse laxative in her coffee is so cruel" she smiled at her own wickedness.
