I played around with UltraFlux a little bit, it’s pretty cool! If you go to the GitHub repo, they have a link to somebody that made a few ComfyUI custom nodes that with with the various versions of the model, including some quantized GGUF versions that make it totally useable on consumer grade GPUs! It’s about 30s/step on my 16Gb 4060ti for a 4096x4096 image. It’s made to work with A Flux turbo LoRA, so that gets the step count down to 8 for straight T2I and around 4 steps for I2I, so 2-4 mins per creation for native 4K Flux! I’ll post a few later as examples.
