Thanks it can be interpreted as that yes, originally I was going for illustrating a custom villain (which can be seen based on prompt original idea) in one of my stories of  crazy evil wizard or traveled to alternate worlds in different dimensions using his dimension powers to gain their knowledge by trading with them knowledge and technology and magic he learned from other worlds but he has now found worlds in different dimensions each with unique aspects found no where else and used his powers to merge portions of each of the worlds into one huge amalgamated worlds and secretly manipulates events here to for the different stitched worlds to wage war with each other so they may evolve their techniques to more powerful and catastrophic in a hyper survival of the fittest form of evolution through war and once they have reached their peak he will harvest their tech, magic and techniques they innovated to conqueror the multiverse
