Whilst I am still in Syltharas, I have managed to make my way to the city of Shardon, a vast city with many individuals. It seems the plague has yet to reach the streets here, though I fear it will inevitably ravage this city as well. I plan to reach out to an old friend to see if he can help prepare this city for the worst.
