It still brought her to tears again, though not as bad today.

The congregation stood as Father Anslem returned to his chair and made the sign of the Cross.
“O God make speed to save us,” Father Anselm intoned.
“O Lord make haste to help me,” the people intoned back. Everyone made a profound bow.
“Glory be to the Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost.”
“As it was in the beginning, it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end, Amen. Alleluia.”
The choir then sang the ancient hymn, "Phos hilaron". Helena had sung it many times, usually twice a month at Vespers on Mondays. It was a beautiful hymn praising Jesus for the end of the day.
