this is actually a really good set of pics. Could be an entry for the Wordplay challenge except no one knows "laver bread" besides you be and a few Welsh people on NC. You could recreate this with a play on Lava Cake. Or there must be a bread that has some linguistic connection with lava or molten or magma...
