As usual, the rules are lacking clarity. I'm attempting to find out what they specifically mean. Til then there can't be any minors in these games anymore, if they are either villains or in any kind of stress. Even if they aren't, but the system may think from the visuals they are. And yes, that applies to fantasy characters, too.

And a bunch of other new rules. As quickly as I will be able to grasp and understand all the new rules, I will be forced to reject ANY violation of these, including creations you had already submitted into the DC without any problems.

I strongly advise not to submit ANYTHING into the DC even potentially violating the new rules.
