Great! Face is almost there, and wig is near, but way they put hair ornaments is not right. Maikos usually have silvery fan on the left side (from the viewer's point of view), red ribbon-like in middle and on the right side is flower kanzashi for example hanging wisteria.

I'll search for checkpoints specialized in Geisha image creation.

There is quite much differences between Maiko and Geisha. Maiko has usually more colorful kimono and patterns and Maiko wig and kanzashis are more decorated and more different colors too. It helps little with words Maiko apprentice geisha, but not enough...
