"Shatter Me" is a song composed and performed by American violinist Lindsey Stirling for her second studio album of the same name, and features vocals from American rock singer Lzzy Hale, the lead singer of American rock band Halestorm. ... The themes explored in "Shatter Me" were based in part on Stirling's experiences with an eating disorder. It became Stirling's first charting airplay single in November 2014 when it entered the Billboard Adult Pop Songs chart at number 39. Prior to that, it had peaked at number one on the Classical Digital Songs chart and number 10 on the Dance/Electronic Digital Songs chart, as well as charting in Germany at number 59.

Continuing on with the theme of more "modern" music, but before we start over, let's congratulate the top creators from this round!

Wonderful creations all through this gallery. I thank you for your participation and hope you will continue as we focus this challenge on this topic! I will not be assigning artists, songs or years for the time being. Let's see if you can find enough choices to keep the challenge fresh each week. Please only enter something we've not seen here before. I gotta think that 25 years of artists and songs, it should be quite some time before you have to resort to repeating a song!
