I did it! I jumped in the pond!

As she made her way down the path, no one thought she would actually do it. She said she wanted to but was she actually going to do it? But she kept going, down the path to the dock, then out on the dock to the end looking into the pond. "Do you think it's cold?" She didn't wait for answer. As she took a couple steps back, everyone thought she was reconsidering. But she wasn't, she then ran and jumped off the dock into the pond. She sunk underwater and then swam back to the ladder. She surfaced giggling and commenting, "it's definitely cold!" After a few minutes she climbed out of the water onto the deck. She was completely soaked in all of her clothes, exactly how she wanted to be, proving everyone wrong that she would really do it and love ever minute of the experience. Now to find the hot tub and warm up!
