Another Year

Another year has gone from then to now and back again. A twenty seventh marker passed along this road of life. A path whose winding potentialities stretch beyond sight through the shrouded middle distance. Unflinching and Certain the destination remains. With the great spectre looming before me, awaiting my end with unyielding truth, I try to live on without terror. For to see death as it is, one may look as much behind as ahead. The great spectre remains, watching over my brief time away and awaiting my return.
