Jaime Lannister

Jaime Lannister, also known as the Kingslayer, is a fictional character in the A Song of Ice and Fire series by George R. R. Martin, as well as its television adaptation Game of Thrones. He is a member of House Lannister, one of the wealthiest and most powerful families in the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros. He is the eldest son of Tywin Lannister and twin brother of Cersei Lannister, with whom he has a secret incestuous relationship. He is known for his good looks and charm, but also for his ruthless and cunning nature. He starts the series as a respected member of the Kingsguard, but later becomes a central figure in the War of the Five Kings.
