The walls are high, the shadows deep,
A twisting path I cannot keep,
With every turn a choice unknown,
I walk this labyrinth alone.
But from the dark, a sudden light
Breaks through the curtain of the night,
A silent, vast, all-seeing eye
That pulls away the hidden sky.
I stand exposed, completely bare,
Beneath that giant, watchful stare.
Is it a guide to show the way,
Or just a judge to watch me stray?
